Psalms 51:1-2 (New International Version)
1 Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions.2 Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin.
This is a prayer I could say everyday. In particular, the lines:
blot out my transgressions…wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.
God does that for me, and that is a great blessing.
